Essential Functions Statement(s)
  • Directly oversees daily recoup operations to include evaluation of condition of product
brought into recoup and classification of product as to level of damage.
  • Maintains carton inventory.
  • Confers with vendors to resolve problems.
  • Supervises daily activity of recoup Team Members.
  • Assigns work and monitors productivity to ensure high standards of quality, accuracy,
housekeeping, product damage minimization, safety and overall efficiency.
  • Coordinates and monitors carton deployment.
  • Manages condition of arrivals (COA) and condition of returns (COR) program and transit to
inventory control with explanation on how the incident occurred.
  • Reviews QAA hold and communicates with shift supervisors for labor requirements.
  • Works with Inventory Control on collecting information from completed reworks.
  • Works with Rework Representative to determine the amount of temporary labor and
location in the warehouse to complete rework.
  • Promotes safety in work processes and Team Member performance by supporting
company and/or facility safety programs by educating Team Members, and by ensuring a
generally safe work environment.
  • Enforces safety rules and regulations.
  • Communicates policies, safety regulations and SOPs to recoup Team Members; follows-up
to ensure compliance and consistency; takes corrective action as necessary and document
the issue and actions taken.
  • Ensures that recoup department is maintained clean and in an orderly fashion.
  • Investigates damage to determine the cause and recommends corrective action where
needed.
  • Works to maintain high level of Team Member morale and recognition.
  • Trains, coaches and provides feedback of recoup Team Members.
  • Coaches and counsels recoup Team Members regarding job performance, methods of
performing job tasks and safety.
  • Resolves Team Member relations issues that arise in department.
  • Confers with management personnel to establish and maintain recoup and warehouse
inventory accuracy and quality control standards.
  • Informs Management of all damage issues and problems and makes recommendations for
corrective action to ensure quality warehouse operations and customer service.
  • Prepares, compiles, and submits reports on work activities, operations, and work-related
accidents.
  • Drives vehicles or operates machines or equipment to complete work assignments or to
assist workers.
  • Reliable attendance at scheduled shifts.
  • Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned or needed.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience: Five (5) years previous work experience in high paced warehouse environment.
  • Computer Skills: Intermediate personal computer skills including electronic mail, word
processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. Strong working knowledge of MS Office to include
Excel, Access and Word. Ability to master internal computer systems.
  • Certificates & Licenses: Valid State Driver’s License; Forklift Certification
