We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Director of Data Engineering to lead and scale our data engineering team. As the Director, you will be responsible for the design, architecture, development, and operational management of our data infrastructure. This is a key leadership role that will drive the data strategy, lead the development of data pipelines, and work closely with other business and technology teams to ensure that data systems and solutions align with our company's overall objectives.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our data architecture and analytics capabilities, ensuring that our data infrastructure is scalable, secure, and capable of delivering valuable insights to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers, providing guidance on best practices, career development, and technical problem-solving.
Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure data architectures to support the company's data needs, including data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time data pipelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering, and apply innovative solutions to solve complex data challenges.
Lead the development and execution of the data engineering strategy in alignment with the company's business goals and technology roadmap.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing, and database management.
Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to lead, inspire, and build high-performing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Pay :
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $189,530.00 - $298,515.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
