The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Director- Service Transformation
Primary Tasks :
- Lead the management and execution of Holman's service strategy and execution
- Lead all associated change management activities surrounding new customer service model and customer adoptions
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, solutioning, communication and goal-setting
- Construct the training and employee onboarding program for Client Relations
- Assemble a new Service Operations team, leading the construction of future performance KPIs, roles and responsibilities
- Provide ready and frequent metric-driven executive updates on project status and risk (red, yellow, green)
- Lead and incubate the Client Relations service model of the future
- Lead and incubate the Implementation and customer onboarding team and process of the future
- Collaborate with cross-departmental leaders, especially IT leadership to construct key customer-facing and employee facing technology solutions
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Pay :
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $189,530.00 - $298,515.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
