Duties and Responsibilities :
Project Planning and Execution : Develop detailed project plan containing timelines, resources, milestones, and deliverables. Includes tracking progress, communicating status to project stakeholders, and identifying risks and mitigation strategies
Resource Management : Ensure that right people, skills, and tools are available for the project. Includes managing spend as well ensuring resources are utilized optimally, addressing any resource gapsQuality Assurance and Deliverable Validation : Conduct code reviews, oversee testing (functional and non-functional), and quality control processes ensuring deliverables meet defined requirements, are free of defects, and follow defined best practicesAgile Project Management :Lead projects from inception to completion using Agile methodologies

Pay :
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $112,160.00 - $176,645.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
