Our managers maintain and develop a highly motivated and productive sales force, while ensuring best in class customer satisfaction. Sales Managers are also responsible for : Acquisition and purchase of vehicles for retail sale as well as wholesale activitiesSupervise pre-owned car sales staff; ability to take T / O'sAccurately appraise all trade-ins and coordinate all reconditioningInsure all aspects of inventory control, pre-owned car lot, advertising, get ready and deliveries are controlled professionally as well as cost-effectively.Responsible for administrating the pre-owned car department's daily operations and coordinating activities for all department employees.What are we looking for?High school graduate, or equivalentMinimum of five (5) years prior sales experience in automotive sales environment, or otherwise related experienceMust pass all pre-testing requirements and background screening testsCurrent valid driver's licenseMust have demonstrated leadership ability with motivational skills and proven customer relations skillsAbility to work independently to solve problems and operate in a multi-tasking environmentStrong inter-personal skills. Demonstrated organizational ability with level of attention to detail.
