The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
Holman is currently accepting applications for the position of Manager- Talent Development.
Primary Tasks :
- Support the development and implementation for the organization's talent development strategy focused on leadership development, skill development, retention, engagement and succession planning
- Review, track, and analyze data to deliver recommendations in alignment with talent strategy
- Partner with Holman University to build custom programming for the business based on trends related to performance and talent
- Support all talent related exercises and coordinate follow up discussions and planning
- Support Holman rotation programs to ensure a robust and seamless process
- Track data related to performance management and develop resources to drive improvement. Evaluate current performance management cycle and opportunities for improvement
- Create communication plans for talent management initiatives
- Partner with Human Resources Business Partners and Business leaders to build development planning for teams
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

Pay :
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $112,160.00 - $176,645.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
