Oversee the daily operations of the desktop systems team including planning and implementation of end user software and hardware, endpoint management, imaging, software deployment and patch management
- Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of End User Computing Engineers providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering an environment of continuous learning and collaboration.
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of end-user technologies including user-end devices, endpoint management, imaging, software deployment and patch management.
- Ensure architectures, designs, standards, and operating procedures comply with regulatory requirements such as ISO, PCI, and FTC Safeguard.
- Lead or assist in the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline workflows, processes, and technologies to enhance system performance, security, and efficiency
- Collaborate with IT operations and support teams to ensure the smooth deployment, management, and support of end-user devices and technologies.
- Identify and research industry trends and emerging technologies to determine benefits to the organization. Promote collaboration on new, innovative ideas while ensuring ideas have a strong value proposition before implementation or seeking additional approval.
- Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners, with a focus on long-term vision and cost control.
- Ensure all relevant team metrics (KPIs) are tracked and communicated often in accordance corporate standards.

Pay :
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $97,450.00 - $141,300.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
