Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Directs and coordinates daily activities of Public warehouse to ensure that the quality and accuracy of shipping and receiving meet and exceed the expectations of our customers.
- Reads, understands, and ensures that appropriate policies, procedures, and SOPs are being adhered to by all team members and managers.
- Manages, mentors, and motivates team members.
- Coaches, trains, and develops hourly team members.
- Monitors and audits operations to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Five (5) years of previous work experience in a high-paced warehouse environment.
- Computer Skills: Strong working knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Access, and Word. Ability to master internal computer systems.
