All Material Handlers
- Operates a lift truck by driving backwards and twisting to be able to look in the direction of
- Operates a lift truck all shift.
- Performs routine inspections and preventative maintenance on vehicles and auxiliary
supervisor/ maintenance.
- Moves controls to drive battery-powered lift trucks and transport materials between
- Moves levers and controls that operate lifting devices, such as forklifts, lift beams and
- Positions lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, and boxes, and secure
- Manually loads or unloads materials onto or off pallets, skids, platforms, or lifting devices.
- Reliable attendance at scheduled shifts.
- Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
- Performs all other duties as assigned or needed.
- Unloads products from inbound carriers (truck and rail cars).
- Verifies that the product received is identified and counted accurately.
- Inspects condition of all received product.
- Moves and places product safely and securely in its proper storage location.

- Receives and reads preload orders.
- Fills orders by accurately picking product from storage and staging that product on a spot
- Inspects and loads trucks and arranges the products with the cube of the trailer according
- Uses scanning devise and computer as needed to perform tasks.
- Checks printout for shortages, over-counts and incorrect model numbers.
- Corrects shortages, over-counts and incorrect models where possible.
- Inspects trailers before loading products.
- Counts units on preload spot and compares with shipping documents.
- Moves products from the preload spot, and directly from storage when required, into the
- Arranges the products within the cube of the trailer according to recommended loading
- Properly secures the load for travel.

- Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
- Experience: One to two years related experience.
- Computer Skills: Basic scanner technology.
- Certificates & Licenses: Valid State Driver’s License; Forklift Certification preferred.
