- Coordinates and supervises daily activities of the KC warehouse to ensure that the quality and accuracy of shipping and receiving meet and exceed the expectations of the customer.
- Reads, understands, and ensures that appropriate policies and procedures and SOP’s are being adhered to by all team members and managers.
- Monitors and audits operations to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services.
- Drives continuous improvement in warehouse operational systems, processes, and policies.
- Coordinates quality control and damage reduction.
- Conducts performance evaluations.
- Supervises, mentors, and motivates team members.
- Coaches, trains, and develops team members, providing corrective feedback, and disciplinary follow-up as required and in adherence to policy and Holman Core Values.
- Provides support for team members who voice concerns/complaints, settles disputes, and resolves disagreements and conflicts in accordance with Holman Core Values and policy.
- Champions Holman Core Values and policies to all Team Members.
- Reliable attendance at scheduled shifts.
- Performs all duties in conformance with the correct food safety requirements, protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Performs all duties in conformance with appropriate safety and security standards.

- Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
- Experience: Five years related experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, forklift experience preferred.
- Computer Skills: Strong working command of MS Office to include Excel, Word, and Outlook; hand-held radio, and scanner technology. HighJump experience preferred.
- Certificates & Licenses: Valid State Driver’s License and/or Forklift Certification Preferred.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. This position is safety sensitive and thereby is subject to pre-employment drug screening, to include THC.
