What Does the Job Require (Job Description)?
Holman’s Cabinets is looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist. Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering Google Reviews: Reach out to customers after project completion and request positive reviews.
- Collecting Video Testimonials: Conduct brief video interviews with satisfied clients for marketing use.
- Capturing Before-and-After Media: Document each project with before-and-after photos and videos to showcase our work.
Your efforts will help build our online presence and maintain strong customer connections.

What Work Schedule Is Required?

Education Requirements / Skills
No formal education is required, but experience in customer service or marketing is a plus. Must have:
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail in visual content
- Basic photography and video skills
