Acquisitions Specialist - BMW of Tigard

BMW of Tigard is looking for an Acquisitions Specialist to join their team!

What will you do?

• Cultivate purchases of used vehicles direct from customers.
• Work all leads from KBB ICO via Dealer Socket, Automotive Mastermind, Vauto Reports and turns from sales associates.
• Document all pertinent data and communications in Dealer Socket (DS) and Automotive Mastermind (AMM).
• Determine the most effective way to stay in contact with the customer, plan next action and ensure proper notation in DS and AMM.
• Execute appraisals by utilizing vendor software and follow process prescribed by the GSM.
• Provide written offers.
• Ensure every customer receiving an offer is introduced to a sales manager.
• Maintain and improve customer relations with every interaction.
• Create printed and electronic proposal packets for customers to acquire vehicles for inventory and present them to clients, including leaving them in their vehicle being serviced for review.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• Ability to use computer software programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Work and Excel.
• Experience with vendor software such as Automotive Mastermind, Dealer Socket and CDK preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers in the written and oral form.
• Ability to influence someone’s decisions and quickly and effectively address concerns, questions, and objectives.
• Ability to track and communicate progress and communicate to supervisor in a timely and efficient manner.
• Self-motivated, self-starter and organized.
• Adaptable and able to alter direction and focus quickly, as needed.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and arrive at a reasonable conclusion in a timely manner.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $20.45 - $29.66 USD per hour.
