Lauderdale BMW of Fort Lauderdale, part of the Holman Automotive Group, is excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a skilled Body Shop Estimator to join our growing team. We are looking for motivated individuals to help us continue delivering top-quality service.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct thorough inspections of customer vehicles to assess damage and identify necessary repairs.
- Gather detailed information from customers regarding vehicle damage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies to ensure agreement on repair work, parts, and costs.
- Stay in close contact with repair technicians throughout the repair process to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform road tests on repaired vehicles to ensure high-quality control standards are met.
- Utilize computer-based shop management and estimating systems to process repairs efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by aligning with our mission and core values.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimator.
- ASE and/or ICAR certification is a plus.
- Ability to perform quality control checks on repaired vehicles.
- Valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average monthly pay of $6,000-$10,000 with earning potential based on your personal performance.
