About the Role - The insurance customer service representative supports our Personal Lines department by handling all incoming service requests from clients via phone calls, emails, or faxes. This includes tasks such as billing, home and auto changes, renewal retention, and more. Our goal is to deliver exceptional service.

  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Maintain Excellent Phone Etiquette
  • Show Attention to Detail
  • Develop Strong Written and Verbal Communication in Fast-Paced Environments
  • Collaborate with Team Members and Manage Time Effectively

Qualifications: Property & Casualty Insurance License required. A minimum of 5 years' experience in the insurance industry is necessary.

Required Skills: Knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance and Products

Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Applied Epic is beneficial

Compensation Package: Starting salary $52,000 plus opportunities for additional incentives. Comprehensive full benefit package and 401K offered
