BMW of Tigard is currently looking for a Sales Portfolio Coordinator to join their team!
What will you do?
Our Sales Portfolio Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining our loyal portfolio of lease and loan clients. Using a consultative, customer-focused approach, you will assist customers with their lease-end and loan maturity processes while fostering long-term relationships with our brand. Responsibilities include:
Communicating effectively with customers via phone, email, and in person.
Collaborating with our off-site Portfolio Management team and coordinating in-store follow-ups on their customer outreach efforts.
Building relationships with existing clients, starting at least six months before their lease maturity and continuing throughout their loan terms.
Explaining the lease return process to ensure customers understand all details clearly.
Developing compelling proposals to retain customers within the BMW brand and at BMW of Tigard.
Presenting upgrade opportunities and trade appraisals to Service customers during their visits.
Maintaining accurate records of the Lease/Loan Portfolio in the CRM and other dealership systems.
Completing all paperwork and coordinating the return of vehicles.
Assisting the Pre-Owned Sales Manager with lease-end tasks.
Attending required training sessions and department meetings.
Performing various administrative tasks, including daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to support portfolio and sales activities.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a high-caliber professional with the following qualifications:
Automotive sales and BDC experience strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with customers, Sales team colleagues, and managers.
Proven ability to build relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and deliver results.
A positive attitude, high energy, and a strong work ethic.
At least one year of experience in automotive sales or customer service.
High School Diploma, some College preferred
Current, valid driver s license REQUIRED
Professional appearance
Ability to work retail hours of dealership
Proficiency in computer systems, including CRM tools.
Compensation: Starting at $28.00/hour plus bonus (target total compensation: $75,000 - $95,000/annually)
