Job Summary
The Videographer & Content Creator will be responsible for filming on-site at various properties, including active investments, walkthroughs, renovations, and due diligence inspections. The candidate must be available for in-person shoots across the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina, while editing and post-production can be completed remotely.
This is a part-time, freelance role with an estimated commitment of two videos per month, though additional projects may be available based on business growth. The role offers flexible scheduling but requires the ability to film on short notice depending on deal availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Film on-site property walkthroughs, due diligence tours, and investment breakdowns
- Capture before-and-after footage of renovations and real estate transformations
- Record behind-the-scenes content, including deal negotiations, property evaluations, and investment strategy discussions
- Produce high-quality, well-edited videos that include color correction, sound mixing, music, and branding elements
- Collaborate to develop creative ideas that enhance engagement and audience reach
- Organize and maintain raw footage, ensuring seamless post-production workflows
- Deliver final edited content promptly while maintaining professional video standards
