What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clerical Specialist 2 position at Holmes County Job & Family Services?
This is a full-time classified civil service position in our Public Assistance/Workforce Development Division. Performs a variety of clerical and receptionist duties in support of agency operations. Opens and closes office, answers phones, greets and directs visitors, maintains lobby in a neat and orderly fashion, responds to inquiries, gathers information for public records requests, processes outgoing mail, receives payments and forwards to Fiscal Department, works with caseworkers and others to ensure timely and efficient customer service, and serves as Notary Public. (Agency will provide and pay for training and licensing.)
An acceptable driving record and background check are required. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Pay: $18.55 - $20.07 per hour
