Debris Removal Management

Field Supervisor-Field lead for site monitors. Responsible for training and directing assigned monitor staff.  Make suggestions to improve the efficiency of collection and removal of debris.
 

Field Monitor-Perform on-site inspections of Right of Way debris cleanup and collection. Monitors inspect and control debris collection utilizing manifest electronic load tickets. Services shall include to check and verify information on debris removal, actively/visually monitor debris collection, removal and reduction activity utilizing electronic means to capture location, pictures, quantity, type, vehicle type/size, driver information and other data as required per the FEMA debris management. Responsible for issuing electronic load tickets at the loading site for each load. Will be responsible for documenting damages that occur during removal operations. Ensure work area is clear of debris. Accurately measure load hauling compartments and accurately compute volume capacity in cubic yards. Ensure that only eligible debris is collected and work performed is in compliance with debris removal contracts.

Data Packet/Manager-Electronically manage and track all the site documentation including, but not limited to the following: ROEs (or source ROW segment), all site documentation, and daily activity documentation, trucking documentation, damage claim records, and site data reconciliation.
 

Project Manager-Responsible for overseeing the operations of  deployed staff.  This position is dedicated to making sure that the operation has sufficient staff, equipment and materials to complete the work defined by the County,  Lead Planner, Logistics Chief,  and the County's representitives. 

Compliance Specialist-Perform frequent and thorough quality control reviews on project submittals and deliverables. All data shall be continuously reviewed, and quality checked and updated in a timely manner when discrepancies are identified.
