Essential Responsibilities
- Develop communications content using various communication channels, including long and short-form content (i.e. newsletter communication, microsites, presentations, text messaging campaigns and print materials, template, etc.).
- Conduct client interaction for all aspects of communication services, including proactive outreach to internal client experience teams for engagement opportunities, planning and timely delivery of outputs.
- Draft, review, proofread, and edit content as directed by client experience teams and Communication Team.
- Effectively project manage client communication campaign deliverables including peer review, client review, vendor assistance, etc.
- Interact with clients including client demos, presentation of timelines, delivery and maintenance of project spreadsheets, etc.
- Independently manage client projects while ensuring to collaboration with others to provide feedback and or/finished product to client.
- Source, proofread, edit articles for dissemination to potential and current clients via a biweekly newsletter.
- Assist in collaboration & training for internal stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, communication, journalism, marketing, human resources, or related field of study preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years corporate communication experience.
- Skills & Technical Competencies: A strong grasp of insurance principles to advise clients on risk and financial needs, proactive client relationship management, and effective change management through adaptable communication and support for transitions.
