This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and digital marketing channels.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for Avant Specialty Benefits.
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, sales, and analytics to execute growth initiatives.
- Oversee the development and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth strategies and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions specific to the specialty benefits industry.
- Lead and mentor a team of growth strategists, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Avant Specialty Benefits remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5 years’ experience in employee benefits, human resources, insurance, or other related fields.
- Licensing: Active state-specific Life/Health Insurance agent license, or the ability to obtain within three months of hire.
- Skills & Technical Competencies: Proficient knowledge of employee benefit coverages and the ability to apply that knowledge in the performance of the job duties. Read, understand and analyze Life and Disability, Worksite, Dental and Vision coverages, forms, and policies. Actively contributes to defined workflows, including related processes, procedures, and deliverables, and utilizing resources to deliver a world class client experience and adhering to compliance requirements.
