Essential Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for Holmes Murphy Executives (mindful of confidential issues) including scheduling and maintaining calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, organize and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and supporting documents for meetings, and assisting with the preparation of presentation materials, etc.
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company executives, with minimal guidance.
- Compose and prepare letters relating to routine correspondence for the executive’s signature.
- Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects of executives.
- Keep executive advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Determine priority of matters of attention for the executive; redirect matters to team members to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate, with minimal guidance.
- Education: High school diploma required; college degree in Business-related field is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years in executive administration or a role that provides administrative/strategic support at a senior executive level.
- Skills: Strong computer skills with high proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Nitro, and Outlook. Additionally, this role requires the ability to draft, proofread, and edit documents with impeccable grammar and spelling. High confidentiality is vital; will handle sensitive information and communications with the utmost discretion.
- Technical Competencies: Demonstrates strong planning and organizational skills by efficiently managing resources and overseeing projects to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality outcomes. Excels in client management by understanding their business needs, prioritizing deliverables, and providing impactful solutions. Shows adaptability by effectively responding to changing conditions while balancing enterprise or client strategies and objectives.
