We are looking to add an Executive Programs Underwriter to join our Innovative Program Solutions team in Waukee, IA . IPS is seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Programs Underwriter to join our dynamic team. This senior-level role will be instrumental in underwriting and managing complex insurance programs, driving profitability, and fostering strong client and partner relationships. The ideal candidate will possess deep underwriting expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Lead the underwriting process for complex and high-value insurance programs, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and profitability objectives.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments, determine appropriate coverage, and set pricing and terms for insurance policies.
- Collaborate with brokers, agents, and internal teams to develop innovative and client-specific insurance solutions.
