Essential Responsibilities
- Facilitates business requirement sessions with stakeholders across brokerage services, developing comprehensive documentation that aligns with business needs
- Translates business requirements into functional specifications, which may include data mapping, working in tandem with IT resources to develop technical Coordinates and participates in system testing for successful implementation of new and enhanced systems
- Assists in identification, resolution, documentation, and communication of production support issues
- Assist and support the learning and development team in creating and executing training documentation and release notes
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience: 3 years business analysis experience. Prior Salesforce, Jira and Confluence experience or exposure a plus.
- Licensing: Business analyst certification (e.g. IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PBA)) a plus.
- Skills: Solid understanding of business analysis concepts and techniques used in requirements elicitation, project scoping, requirements analysis, as well as planning and analysis activities.
- Technical Competencies: Possess strong business and technology knowledge, continually developing technical expertise to understand and meet business needs through informed decision-making and effective implementation of processes and procedures. Excel in problem-solving, efficiently identifying issues, determining root causes, and proposing and implementing effective solutions or improvements.
