We are looking to add a Marketing Cloud Developer to join our Information Technology team in the Waukee, IA office. This role bridges IT and marketing, ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud to deliver dynamic customer experiences. Essential Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage personalized marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools like Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Web Studio.
- Build and configure Cloud Pages, including coded forms and audience segmentation, while optimizing automations for seamless campaign execution.
- Troubleshoot and test API calls, journey workflows, and automations, conducting QA to ensure smooth performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and legal teams to support automation efforts, ensuring compliance with Preference Center and data privacy regulations.
- Configure synchronized data sources between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, enabling personalized outreach.
- Create reports and provide insights on campaign performance, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Offer technical support and guidance on advanced Marketing Cloud features, including AMPScript and SQL.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience : 3 years working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Skills : Strong knowledge of AMPScript, HTML, JavaScript, and SQL for efficient email development and data management. Experience with core Marketing Cloud features such as Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Email Studio is essential. Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and CRM integration is highly desirable. Basic familiarity with Salesforce configuration.Technical Competencies : Effectively respond to changing factors, conditions, and environments while balancing enterprise or client strategies and objectives.
