Essential Responsibilities :
- Independently perform the daily tasks required to efficiently manage placement of insurance for assigned Prospects.
- Schedule Opportunity Calls - Dictate Notes and post.
- Create Service Team document in preferred format and place in ImageRight.
- Pull 5500 Reports.
- Develop applications from raw data, such as current policies or specifications and information available on the internet.
- Prepare Broker of Record letters, NCCI requests, Loss Run request letters.
- Set up new prospects in the agency management system (AMS) and other appropriate software. Input policy information in AMS for smooth transition to the Client Experience Team.
- Prepare submissions to include applications and various support documents, including any Captive documents.
- Request and monitor process for the loss summary and experience mod forecast report gets completed.
- Participates in team meetings and initiatives.
Qualifications :
Education : High school diploma; college degree preferred.Experience : 0-2 years' administrative / clerical experience in the insurance industry preferred.Licensing : Ability to obtain state-specific license within three months of employment and maintain license in the state of residence or office location by attending continuing education.Technical Competencies : Invests in understanding and applying insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs. Actively contributes to workflows, processes, and deliverables, using agency systems to provide a world-class client experience and ensure compliance.
