We are looking to add a Data Analyst with a strong background in property casualty to join our Information Technology team in Waukee. IA . Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Collaborating closely with Brokerage Services and PLUS leaders, you'll dive deep into understanding our business needs and identifying key analytics opportunities. Essential Responsibilities :
- Collect, clean, and manage data from diverse sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Handle comprehensive analysis of complex data systems to identify high-level trends, patterns, and insights that will aid in business decisions and modeling efforts.
- Analyze automated reports and dashboards to document and monitor the team's data environment.
- Utilize various statistical tools and techniques to summarize data, ensuring all data is accurate and timely for analysis.
- Establish data visualization tools to design and create charts, graphs, and other visual representations of data insights.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.Experience : 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis. Experience in insurance, healthcare, or financial services is preferred. Relational database experience. Knowledge of reporting / analytical tools. Advanced Excel skills. Python experience is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Fabric is a plus.Skills : Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, dbt, Excel, and Python. Experienced with data visualization tools like Power Bi. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.Technical Competencies : Strong understanding of both business needs and technology solutions, enabling them to make informed decisions and effectively deliver relevant processes and procedures. Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities or root causes, apply logical reasoning to analyze data, and develop and execute effective outcomes.Here's a little bit about us :
