We're looking to expand our team by adding motivated Outside Sales Consultants who excel in the commercial and small-to-medium business (SMB) space, driving growth by creating tailored life safety and security solutions for our clients.

Robeson / Bladen counties
Moore / Hoke counties
Harnett / Southern Wake counties
Sampson county

What You'll Do :

Hunt for new business : Proactively generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales to exceed goals.

Build lasting relationships : Develop strong, trust-based partnerships with commercial and SMB clients.

Strategize and grow : Drive new customer acquisition while enhancing our footprint in the market.

Own your success : Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets, demonstrating resilience and determination.

Stay ahead : Keep up with the latest industry trends, technologies, and products to position yourself as a trusted expert.

Be a community connector : Engage with local organizations and events to build your network and represent our brand.

What You Bring :

A hunter mindset : You're self-motivated, resourceful, and energized by cultivating new businesses.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with prospects and clients.

Results-driven work ethic with a passion for exceeding goals.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (or a willingness to learn).

2 years of proven sales experience preferred, but if you have the mindset, we'll train you!
