Holmgren Subaru is looking to hire a Service Department Administrator to join our team! If you are looking for a position with growth potential, we want to speak to you. Experience in a automotive dealership is preferred, but we provide the coaching, training and professional development that you will need.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn dealership and manufacturer software to assist in tasks
- Close out service repair orders and rectify payments
- Manage accounting schedule management, warranty processing and claim submission
- Will be responsible for handling cash, credit cards and customer information
- Assist office manager with miscellaneous administrative duties
- Other duties may be assigned
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses):
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and work ethic
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
