Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, the Public Programs Administrator supports all aspects of public programs in an administrative capacity, including research, program coordination, facilitation of in-person as well as virtual programs, and collaborating across all departments to facilitate communication.

Responsibilities Include :
- Under the supervision of the Chief Program Officer, support all administrative aspects of public programs across disciplines of film, music, speaker and panel discussions, and adult classes.
- Ensure all programs are set up in Altru.
- Ensure that program assets are collected and distributed for marketing, website, and other communications.
- Maintain calendars, budget tracking, contract communications, and travel accommodations for visiting speakers and artists.
- Assist and oversee facilitation of public programs including running webinars, and helping to ensure smooth flow and set-up for in-person events.
- Draft and send contracts and agreements for speakers and artists.
- Assist Chief Program Officer in preparation of reports and presentations.

WORKING SCHEDULE :
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. This position involves working some evenings and weekends.
SALARY / BENEFITS :
The Public Programs Administrator has an annual salary range of $48,000 - $50,000, based on experience and other qualifications. Generous PTO includes vacation and paid holidays, and health benefits.
