We’re seeking an innovative HRBP to be the front-line point of contact working with employees from manufacturing, operations, quality, regulatory, research and development, marketing, and other functions.
- Key areas of focus include engagement, employee relations, talent development, on-boarding and off-boarding, HR compliance, data, talent acquisition, and performance management.
- You will have responsibility for fostering a positive workplace culture and navigating organizational dynamics to support employees and business goals.
Qualifications
- 5 years Human Resources experience, with at least 2 years of experience managing employee relations and advising leaders on how to effectively navigate employee performance, development, and other site challenges/opportunities
- Generalist experience supporting manufacturing and site operations
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Oracle. Utilizes technology and tools to increase business impact and work effectiveness
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience

The annualized base salary range for this role is $81,200 to $126,900 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
