In addition to a project that will provide maximum experience and exposure in your desired field, the Hologic College Relations team provides opportunities to learn more about the company, network with leadership, and develop the skills needed to succeed in your future career.
This intern will be actively engaged in two primary projects and responsible for reporting on his/her accomplishments from their summer experience:
- Project 1: Focus on driving actionable deliverables identified to improve processes and develop a robust RMA system.
- Project 2: will be based on the Culture of Quality initiative through the FDA Voluntary Improvement Program (VIP) and the Hologic/Walker CX-101 Initiative for Acute Care and Oncology businesses.
Both projects will provide a learning opportunity to develop project management and interpersonal skills to effectively drive project outcomes.
We're looking for bright, inquisitive problem solvers who strive to make a difference. Key qualifications include the following:
- Able to work full-time over the summer months (May/June - August/Sept)
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and have at least one semester remaining to complete after the internship
- Majoring in Project Management, Business, Communication preferred
- Rising Senior - graduating Spring/Summer 2026
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with LEAN philosophy and AI tools are a plus
- Experience or exposure to working with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work onsite at our San Diego, CA campus. Intern housing, relocation, and housing stipends are not provided
The hourly pay range for this role is $19 - $25 per hour. Compensation is determined by class standing and operational function.
