Hologic are looking for a Key Account Manager with sales experience to execute and support our Digital Diagnostic strategy within Non-GYN, Cytology and Histology.

As the Key Account Manager, you will continue to manage and grow the Hologic portfolio within both Cytology and Molecular products, as well as retaining close relations with our customers in Finland. 

You will be part of the Nordic group of KAMs, Application Specialists, Market Access and Sales & Marketing functions and as such contribute to reaching the overall targets, alongside your highly skilled and dedicated colleagues. 

Your Impact:

  • Working closely with the Regional Business Manager, you will execute and support on our strategy across Finland. 
  • Demonstrate strategic selling skills in a complex sales environment, with the ability to manage differing sales cycles. 
  • Develop and execute business plans for targeted accounts in line with Hologic key account management tools and processes.
  • Manage and grow large, high revenue sales territories. 
  • Execute business planning for targeted accounts in line with Hologic KAM tools and processes 
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, enabling the best solutions for customers are delivered.  
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities including acquisition of new customers and expanding portfolio usage with existing customer labs.
  • Create and strengthen customer relations by attending local, national, and international congress events to promote products to all customers. 

What You'll Bring:

  • Relevant knowledge and experience of Molecular diagnostic products, systems, and applications would be ideal, or demonstrated experience of working within a Medical Devices / Pharmaceutical company.
  • A true hunter and strategic mindset, with a self-motivated attitude and proven sales success.
  • Proven experience of taking ownership of tasks from initiation through to completion.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and financial acumen.
  • Strong ability to work in a cross-matrix environment with both the clinical applications and field service teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with experience presenting and influencing at all levels. 
  • Proficiency in managing tender bids, submissions and negotiations.
  • Outstanding communication skills are essential with the ability to communicate credibly at all levels and to influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complex sales activities building strong relationships with key stakeholders (lab management, clinicians, finance, and procurement).
  • Fluency in both Finnish and English languages are requirements for this position.
