Job Summary: The Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing Manager Iberia/Italy and GSS Italy Sales Team. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving all the country marketing tools, developing marketing tactics and medical education programs to support the GSS sales team.
What You Can Expect:
- Establish and maintain strategic marketing programs.
- Collaborate with Marketing Managers, commercial teams, and key functions.
- Drive growth programs like New Product Launches and Market Expansion.
- Represent customer needs from Italy.
- Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies.
- Promote Hologic products' value proposition.
- Oversee marketing materials and education programs.
- Work closely with Sales and Market Access Managers.
What We Expect:
- Experience in marketing or related experience in the medical device/technology industry in Italy.
- BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degrees preferred.
- Knowledge in gynecology is a plus.
- Experience with marketing tool development and maintenance.
- Strong organisational skills for event and activity management.
- Excellent communication and proactive mindset.
- Ability to build relationships and demonstrate critical thinking.
