The Strategic IT Business Partner will be a key contact for Global Services initiatives within the IT portfolio. This role requires strategic, critical, and creative thinking to advance Hologic’s technology capabilities. This role is pivotal in Hologic’s technology evolution, requiring a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership to drive impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Business Partnership:

  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for sustainable business growth.
  • Collaborate with business partners on technology prioritization.
  • Guide and develop business cases and budget needs for technology investments.
  • Oversee project and program execution in partnership with Global Services leadership.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and drive transformational change.

Team Development and Mentorship:

  • Build and maintain a high-performing team with a focus on mentorship and accountability.
  • Ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective operations of applications.
  • Foster global awareness and partnership within the team.
  • Empower and coach the delivery team to achieve high performance.
  • Cultivate a workplace culture aligned with Hologic's mission and values.

Project and Program Management:

  • Ensure projects are well-resourced and manage expectations and priorities.
  • Represent Global Services priorities within IT governance.
  • Oversee the IT budget and track projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT Security for secure, compliant solutions.

Operational Excellence:

  • Provide business process guidance and operational support in the Service area.
  • Ensure technology systems support key business strategies.
  • Promote a culture of deep business alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee Global Services Demand Plan and cross-portfolio management.

Education and Qualifications:

  • 5 years of management experience with large, geographically distributed teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or business related field.
  • 12 years of experience supporting enterprise-scale business applications.
  • Experience supporting cross functional teams such as commercial, marketing, sales.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Proven leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • Professionalism in delivering feedback and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic global business environment.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $149,900 to $266,400 and is bonus eligible.  Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
