Position Summary
Holon Health is seeking a Regional Client Success Manager in Virginia. This individual will be a strategic partner to the criminal justice system, driving client acquisition and fostering strong relationships with existing criminal justice partners. This role requires a deep understanding of the criminal justice landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for improving the lives of clients living with SUD. The ideal candidate will be a skilled relationship builder who can effectively lead the Client Acquisition team and personally contribute to client acquisition efforts.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the criminal justice system, including Probation Officers, judges, and other relevant personnel.
- Create and deliver ongoing training programs to criminal justice partners, such as Probation Officers, to enhance their understanding of our services and how they can effectively refer clients.
- Proactively address the needs and concerns of criminal justice partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Oversee the Client Acquisition team, providing guidance, support, and training.
- Actively participate in client acquisition efforts, both on site and virtually.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase client acquisition within the assigned region.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Drive a culture of inclusion by setting clear expectations for diversity and equity, providing ongoing training and development, and mentoring employees from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in sales and account management within the healthcare or criminal justice industry.
- The ability to travel throughout the assigned region regularly.
- Strong understanding of the criminal justice system and its unique challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and criminal justice partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
