Overview
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Movers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the transportation of goods and belongings, ensuring that items are loaded, unloaded, and delivered safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates will have experience in moving, driving commercial vehicles, and operating various equipment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload items from trucks or storage facilities with care to prevent damage.
- Operate box trucks and other vehicles for transporting goods to designated locations.
- Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to safety regulations.
- Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as needed during the moving process.
- Assist in packing and unpacking items for clients to ensure safe transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment during moves.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding timelines and logistics.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and customer service.
Experience
- Previous experience in moving or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license with experience driving commercial vehicles, including box trucks.
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
- Experience operating a forklift or pallet jack is advantageous.
- Strong physical fitness to handle the demands of lifting heavy objects and being on your feet for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $19.20 - $20.50 per hour
