We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter/Laborer to join our team. Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Restore and maintain existing painted surfaces to ensure longevity and aesthetic appeal.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks related to painting and construction.
- Work with stucco materials for both application and repair as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
Skills
- Proficiency in construction painting techniques, including industrial painting applications.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
- Knowledge of stucco application and restoration methods.
