Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact, providing a warm welcome to residents, families, and visitors.
• Guide families through the admissions process, offering support and clear communication.
• Address resident and family concerns, ensuring satisfaction and a hospitality-driven atmosphere.
• Assist with facility tours, family meetings, and resident experience programs.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Admissions teams to ensure smooth transitions for new residents.
• Work alongside nursing, therapy, and social services to provide concierge-level assistance.
• Oversee resident welcome initiatives, satisfaction follow-ups, and discharge coordination.
• Assist with community outreach efforts, special events, and facility presentations.
• Maintain a presentable and welcoming lobby and common areas at all times.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare admissions preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems is a plus.
