Compensation & Benefits :
Salary : $26.00-$28.75 / hour, based on experience Plus Shift Differential!
Shift Differentials :
1.00 for Nights

Shifts Available : Night 12-hour shift
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the nursing care for a particular department or shift
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Supervise, guide, and mentor nursing staff to ensure adherence to standards and best practices
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and adjust patient care plans as necessary
Lead communication with patients, families, and physicians regarding patient care
Qualifications :
Valid Tennessee or Compact Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Experience as a charge nurse or in a similar leadership role preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A commitment to providing high-quality care and hospitality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
