Summary:
The RN - Surgical Speciality Team Lead will assume departmental responsibility for management of activities of specific surgical specialty at all times. The RN will develop and maintain relationships with physicians in related specialty area. This individual will monitor performance and activities of nurses and technicians involved in specialty service cases. The RN will ensure all equipment and supplies are available and in working order.
Requirements:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Nursing program. Minimum of 1-3 years of OR experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid and active RN licensure in appropriate state. CPR required
