Holt Construction is a General Contractor who specializes in restaurants in the commercial fields. Our working territory ranges from San Francisco to the Oregon border but our home office is located in Chico.
We are seeking an experienced construction project manager who has experience in the commercial field.
Job Descriptions
The Project Manager is responsible for bidding, pre-planning, scheduling, budgeting, and project oversight and customer relations from project conception to completion. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Thoroughly review project drawings for bidding purposes.
- Review subcontractor’s bids to ensure all scopes are covered for the project.
- Review and produce project budgets or cost codes.
- To support and provide help to project superintendent and sub-contractors throughout project.
- Establish, maintain and monitor project schedule and progress with project superintendent.
- Preparing RFI’s from subcontractors and issuing to architect or engineer.
- Reviewing submittals and issuing to architect or engineer for approval.
- Work with accounting personnel on project budgets and change orders.
- Uploading and formatting of drawings.
Qualifications
- Commercial Restaurant Construction is a highly recommended.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications and procedures.
- Leadership skills both on-site and in-office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Experience in Procore Construction Management Software
- Experience in Bluebeam
- Strong attention to details
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills.
