Essential Functions:
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, from planning to completion, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists to define project requirements.
- Select and oversee subcontractors, scheduling and coordinating their activities to optimize efficiency.
- Actively monitor project progress, manage budgets, and provide status updates to clients and internal leadership.
- Respond promptly to work delays, emergencies, and other issues to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including building and safety codes.
- Maintain daily interaction with ERP software (Acumatica) for project management, scheduling, and reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical or industry certifications are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy with experience using project management and ERP software (Acumatica preferred).
- Commitment to safety in all aspects of the job.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, squat, sit, climb, crawl, balance, and crouch.
- Regular use of hands for handling tools, equipment, and materials.
- Occasional exposure to risk of electrical shock and chemical agents (liquid or air-borne).
