Ideal Customer Relations Manager candidates are seeking professional growth, a great work atmosphere, and opportunity for the future. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Bilingual abilities in Spanish are a major plus for the role but are not necessary to apply. Responsibilities of the Customer Relations Manager : Handle customer inquiries and complaints directly face to face with customers Provide information about the products and services by our client which can change and vary depending on the campaign needs Troubleshoot, resolve product issues, concerns while reporting directly to the management team Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications of the Customer Relations Manager : Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills
