Ideal Customer Relations Manager candidates are seeking professional growth, a great work atmosphere, and opportunity for the future. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Bilingual abilities in Spanish are a major plus for the role but are not necessary to apply.
Responsibilities of the Customer Relations Manager :
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints directly face to face with customers
- Provide information about the products and services by our client which can change and vary depending on the campaign needs
- Troubleshoot, resolve product issues, concerns while reporting directly to the management team
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
