- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 4 years of relevant experience required, 6 years preferred
- Experience with Epicor or other manufacturing ERP systems preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

- Manage supplier A/P invoices, statements, reconciliations, and payment procedures
- Track and invoice sales
- Prepare payment requests to pay suppliers and vendors
- Perform account reconciliations of accounts payable sub-ledgers to general ledger and other accounts as assigned
- Communicate with internal customers to assist in proper coding of invoices and with supplier representatives for invoice backup and explanations
- Research and Record entries for invoices posting to suspense accounts
- Coordinate with Finance and IT departments to maintain efficient, timely processing through systems used to bring in supplier invoices
- Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
- Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
