Key Responsibilities:
- LEAD AND SUPERVISE TEAM: Direct and motivate a team of warehouse professionals to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
- DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT EFFICIENT PROCESSES: Design and execute streamlined processes to minimize waste, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- COLLABORATE WITH PARTS MANAGER: Work closely with the Parts Manager to develop business strategies, set sales targets, and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain ACCURATE RECORDS: Ensure precise record-keeping, report preparation, and data analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
