- Verify and document all assets arriving and departing the yard.
- Accurately stage and prep assets to fulfill incoming requests.
- Load and unload assets, conduct inspect procedures, fuel, and report the condition of assets per safety protocols.
- Provide timely updates for all inventory items leaving or returning to the yard through the Shipping and Receiving function.
- Photograph all incoming and outgoing assets and upload pictures following current processes.
- Troubleshoot, communicate and problem-solve potential shipping and receiving delays on assets.
- Performs, reconciles, and completes inventory counts of machines and work tools.
- Requires regular and punctual employee attendance.
- Performs other related duties and fulfill responsibilities as required.
- Effective utilization of organizational planning, self-management, analytical problem-solving, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Demonstrates proficiency with current computer software, related hardware, and machine electronic systems.
