Yard Operations Team Member

Job Description: The Rental Equipment Technician role at the Holt Group involves a variety of responsibilities, including equipment inspection, maintenance, and repair. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with multiple departments and various levels of the organization.

Essential Functions:

• Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission.
• Assists with routine inspections, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment.
• Assists with repairs as needed.
• Assists with equipment demonstration, loading, and unloading of equipment.
• Maintains equipment inventory systems according to standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for general yard and shop cleanup in accordance with company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of construction and rental industry equipment.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with multiple departments and various levels of the organization.
• First-class organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills, deadline oriented.
