- Associates degree or equivalent experience required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction administration required, residential experience preferred
- Ability to easily read and decipher blueprints and details
- Proficiency in CAD, Bluebeam, and plan markup tools or equivalent software
- Familiarity with Field wire and Smartsheet preferred
- Experience in filing and scanning documents into an electronic management system
- Knowledge of estimating skills and industry best practices
- Ability to learn new software and programs quickly
- Understand and implement processes for plan development and revision
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to solve problems and take initiative
- Organize, multitask, prioritize and complete tasks in an efficient manner

- Review, mark up, and distribute architecture plans to relevant stakeholders, keeping internal records up to date with the latest revisions and redlines
- Prepare and organize building plans for permitting and construction readiness, confirming all documentation is complete and aligned with jurisdictional and internal requirements
- Maintain and regularly update the plans database, ensuring all documents reflect updates and redlines from sales teams, engineering, and permitting jurisdictions
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to align structural changes, plan updates and requirements
- Assist in managing both legacy plans and the development of new plans targeted for release, working closely through the fill lifecycle of each plan
- Support the team to meet key metrics such as plan submittals and cycle time
- Act as a backup point of contact for plan and architectural-related questions and coordination within the organization
- Regularly uses a computer with repeated movements to enter data, differentiate between colors, shades, and brightness, and read from a screen for extended periods of time
- Infrequent travel to job sites as needed
