Works closely with operations management to coordinate and execute incoming rental projects for the local geography to achieve rental revenue goals for the local branch. Communicates and supports customers, sales and operations teams on project details including delivery, service, and/or logistics for all rental projects.

Essential Functions:
- Coordinates rental projects including Processing rental quotations, reservations and contracts, delivery and equipment or labor logistics
- Establishes new rental and sales accounts as needed.
- Supports local branch operations in equipment service coordination
- Coordinates internal and external delivery trucks and manages customer expectations regarding delivery
- Warm calls on lost and/or dormant accounts to retain business
- Distributes promotional literature to customers and assists with sales and marketing initiatives to increase market share
- Formulates bids on new and existing jobs and projects
- Receives customer orders and serves as the customer contact point
- Generates a referral network to assist in increasing the client base
- Aids in implementing, sustaining, and developing quality improvement processes that focus on safety, financials, operations, and customer service
- Maintains records of sales or other business transactions
- Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
- Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of applicable accounting principles, budget preparation, and business acumen
- Demonstrated knowledge of the specialty rental industry
- Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Rental Man (Wynne) knowledge strongly preferred.
- Understands the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
- Uses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships with multiple departments and various levels of the organization

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of three years’ of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required. five years’ or more of preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent with some college coursework or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license

- Up to 10% of travel can be expected
Physical Requirements:
- This position involves extended periods in a stationary position; additionally, occasional movement inside the office to access office machinery, file cabinets, etc.
- This role frequently communicates with others, must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
Work Environment:
- This job is generally performed in a retail and office environment; exposure to computer screens; exposure to noise, dust, grease, fumes, gases, heat, cold, and inclement weather conditions
